⭐️ How to Create An Online Store:

  1. Create and configure products:

  • Go to Payments -> Products to create and configure store products.

  • Define product names, descriptions, attach images/videos, set pricing, and configure variants (if any).

  • Use the toggle to specify products for display in the online store.

  1. Activate your online store:

  • Navigate to websites to add your store.

  • Add the online store to an existing website or a new one by clicking the + icon in the website builder.

  • Five default pages will be added to your website:

    Product List Page
    Product Details Page
    Cart Page
    Checkout Page
    Thank You Page

  • Customize these elements to match your brand aesthetics under General and Advanced settings.

    1. Track Orders and Payments:

  • Monitor all orders and payments in Payments -> Orders and Payments -> Transactions.

  • Process refunds using the same interface.

  1. Fulfill orders and share shipment details::

  • Mark orders as fulfilled and share shipment/tracking details with customers.

  • Attach tracking number, provider, and tracking URL.

  • The order details will show fulfillment date, tracking details, and items fulfilled.
