⭐️ How To Use Custom Lost Reasons for Opportunities::
Access the settings in your CRM.
Access the Custom fields from the left navigation menu Click on All Fields and search Lost reason custom field. Now select the field and click on bulk actions and edit.
Now click on the add an action button.
Add the option according to the requirements ( e.g Lost, Not interested etc) and click save.
Now go back to the main menu.
Access the Opportunities Tab from the left navigation menu and click on the opportunity card.
Click on “Opportunity Details” to update the status to “lost” and then you can select the reason for the lost opportunity and then click on the update button to save.
