Email Campaign Statistics
Email Marketing is one of the best ways to reach and develop a relationship with your customers, and as a business, you’re always looking for ways to expand this to greater lengths. With the Email Campaign Statistics enhancements, we aim to provide you with better insights and help you grow your marketing.
⭐️What Changes Can You Expect?
The Error label has been replaced with Skipped.
New Failed Tab: Shows failures such as no balance or email domain-level issues.
You can now view metrics for total contacts selected (Total), total contacts processed (Processed), emails successfully delivered (Delivered), skipped due to DND (Skipped), and hard bounces (Error).
Soft bounce is not included in the summary section and only visible on the details page.
⭐️How To Access Email Campaign Statistics:
Navigate to the Email tab inside the marketing section.
Click on the three dots icon next to the campaign then select Statistics.
This will give you an overview of the campaign statistics.
Click on Load more statistics to look at the detailed view.
Doing so will show you a detailed view of the statistics.
The Email Campaign Statistics improvement gives you a more detailed insight into the success of your email campaign and customer reactions allowing you to improve where needed and grow your revenue.
