  1. Whenever you receive an email at the end you will see an unsubscribe link.

  2. When you click on the unsubscribe link you can now select the reasons from the list and write your own reason for unsubscribing and then click submit.

  3. Now select the contacts tab from the left navigation menu and select Smart list and select the contact who unsubscribed.

  4. After clicking on the contact scroll down and click on the View Audit logs.
