Access the “Sites” from the left navigation menu and then click on Form/Surveys from the upper navigation menu and then create new or edit existing ones.
In the builder click on the “+” icon and add the Text element by drag and drop.
Select the text and then click on three dots and then click on the hyperlink icon.
Add the URL and click on the Confirm button.
Save and preview to see the added link.
