⭐️How To Use Forms and Inline Surveys in Email Campaigns:

  1. Navigate to the Emails tab inside the Marketing and create or access an Email Campaign.

  2. Drag and drop a form element into the builder and select the type (NPS, ratings, etc.).

  3. Customize the form design and settings including naming the form and setting a success page.

  4. Send your campaign to monitor feedback via Campaign Statistics. You can check the Submissions tab for detailed entries.
