We’re excited to announce Internal Comments and Mentions in Conversations! This tool allows for easy communication with your team inside the contact conversations by adding private, internal comments that help you and your team collaborate and manage conversations more effectively.
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Business?
Better Communication: This feature allows you to add notes underneath their relevant messages helping you discuss and share information privately with your team.
Sounder Notifications: Quick mentions inside Internal Comments send notifications to the selected user, ensuring everyone is updated on important messages and feedback.
Promote Collaboration: This allows for team members to interact with each other and promotes healthy discussion and interaction that fosters teamwork and improves customer satisfaction.
⭐️How To Use Internal Comments and Mentions in Conversations:
Inside the contact’s conversation select the Internal Comments tab and write your notes.
To Mention other users type @ followed by their name.
Once your comment is ready click Send to add it to the conversation.
You can quickly find conversations where you or another team member have been mentioned using the Mentions filter or limit the conversation to only Internal Comments by applying the filter.
Use Internal Comments to share information, get feedback, and capture updates and insights seamlessly within the conversation thread. This will help you and your team better collaborate and handle conversations with your contacts.
