⭐️ How To Use Live Chat Triggers & Actions:
Access the automation tab from the left navigation menu. Go to workflows > + Create Workflow.
Start from scratch or use a template.
Add the new Trigger " Customer Replied " from the triggers list.
Click on Add filters button.
Select the Reply Channel filter.
And Select the newly added " Live Chat " filter from the dropdown menu.
Now add the newly added " Send Live Chat Message" Acion.
Now write the message which you want to send in the live chat and then save.
