Snippets

Snippets, previously Templates (Snippets), are short email and text templates that allow you to automate responses to your contacts. This feature got an update for your convenience so let’s check what they will look like!

⭐️What Changes Can You Expect?

• Folder Organization: You can now organize your snippets into customizable folders, this is available under the marketing and conversation view. If no folders are created, snippets appear in a single list.

  

• Search and Filter Capabilities: Instantly locate snippets using search by snippet or folder name. You can also filter snippets by type: Email or SMS

  

• Snippet Builder: The composer is now consistent across the Conversations and Snippets helping you avoid formatting issues and maintain a cohesive experience.

⭐️How To Create Folders and Add Snippets To Them:

Keeping your Snippets organized will make your navigation much easier and ensure you have easy access to all templates

1. Navigate to the Snippets tab inside the Marketing section and click Add Folder.

   

2. Add the Folder Name then click Save.

   

3. Click the three-dot icon next to the template you want to move and select Move to Folder.

   

4. Select the Folder from the drop-down menu and click Move to save.
