⭐️ How To Use Social Planner Notification Posts Status:
Access the “Marketing” Tab from the left navigation menu. Click on “Social Planner” from the upper navigation and then click on the gear icon.
Account Pre-Expiry
Select notification and in ‘Account Pre-Expiry’ click on the pencil icon.
Fill in the required details and click on the “Save Changes” button.
The Customer will receive the emails as shown in the screenshot.
Account Expired
To edit the account expired notification by clicking the pencil icon.
The notification requires to select the account user, how often should they be reminded to reconnect the token. Business can select the different template other than default templates and Save by clicking on “Save changes”.
The customer will receive the emails as shown below.
Request for post Approval
To edit the email notification request for approval of scheduled post click the pencil icon.
The notification requires you to select the different template other than default templates. Click on the Save changes button.
The Customer will receive the emails as shown.
Similarly for Approved post/Rejected post and Post failed click on Pencil icon.
Approval Post
The notification requires you can select the different template other than default templates and then click on Save changes button.
The Customer will be received the emails as shown in screenshot.
Rejected post
The notification requires you can select the different template other than default templates and then click on Save changes button.
The Customer will be received the emails as shown in screenshot.
Post Failed
The notification requires you can select the different template other than default templates and then click on Save changes button.
