⭐️ How To Use Workflows Custom Values Media Attachments :
Access the “Automation” Tab from the left navigation menu, then click on Workflows from the upper navigation menu then click on “+ Create Workflow” and select a recipe or Start from scratch.
In the workflow builder Click on the “+” icon and add the action according to your requirements. For example, I am adding the “Send SMS” action.
Click on the “Custom values” icon and click on Message.
Here you can use the Newly added “Message Attachment” custom Value.
The inclusion of media attachments in the custom value picker significantly improves the efficiency and effectiveness of automated messaging workflows within the CRM.
