⭐️How To Use Estimates in Workflows:
Navigate to the Templates tab inside the Payments section, select Invoices & Estimates then click New Template.
Create an Estimate template as normal, make sure to name the template something easy to identify.
To use the Estimate trigger, click +Add New Trigger select Estimates, and set any additional filters as normal including the estimate status, value, or template.
To use the Send Estimate action click the + sign icon and select it, this is under the Payments category.
Select the User you want the template to have as the sender and the template you’d like to use then click Save action. Make sure the Estimate Mode is set to Live if you send it to customers.
Sending and managing Estimates with your workflows removes the pressure on you to follow up with customers and ensure they get the treatment they deserve, allowing you to focus on specific cases that need your attention most.
