  1. Navigate to the Workflow tab inside the Automation section and click + Create Workflow.

  2. Click +Add New Trigger then select the Private Channel Access Granted/Revoked trigger.

  3. Set an operator, use “Is” to include, “Is not” to exclude, “Is not empty” to include all groups, and “Is empty” to catch errors then select the group(s).

  1. Navigate to the Workflow builder, click the + Button to add an action, and select the Grant/Revoke Private Channel Access action.

  2. Select the group and private channel where you want to add/remove the contact then click Save Action.
