⭐️How To Use Private Channel Trigger for Communities:
Navigate to the Workflow tab inside the Automation section and click + Create Workflow.
Click +Add New Trigger then select the Private Channel Access Granted/Revoked trigger.
Set an operator, use “Is” to include, “Is not” to exclude, “Is not empty” to include all groups, and “Is empty” to catch errors then select the group(s).
⭐️How To Use Private Channel Action for Communities:
Navigate to the Workflow builder, click the + Button to add an action, and select the Grant/Revoke Private Channel Access action.
Select the group and private channel where you want to add/remove the contact then click Save Action.
